Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do tenants ever pay to use Jordan Rentals?

No. Searching, requesting, signing e-contracts and paying rent are free for tenants. Any charge from your bank or payment provider is separate.

Why is ownership verification required?

It protects tenants from fraudulent listings. Owners provide the DLS property number from their title deed, which is verified with the Department of Lands and Survey.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay rent through eFAWATEERcom, CliQ, debit or credit card, and bank transfer. All amounts are in Jordanian dinar.

Are e-contracts legally valid?

Contracts follow the standard Jordanian rental structure and are signed digitally by both parties. Each has a unique number and is stored securely for later reference.
